Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a highly experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar projects. You will own the project plan, coordinate with procurement and field operations, and optimize resources to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 10+ years in EPC construction, strong planning and forecasting abilities, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Power BI. Site-based, with rotations, in Arkansas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EPC construction, utility-scale solar a plus.
• Experience with owner representatives and subcontractors.
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Plan from start to finish.
• Monitor productivity, resources, and 3-week/90-day lookaheads.
• Forecast costs/revenue based on updated schedule.
• Anticipate weather/equipment delays and replan resources.
• Maintain critical path awareness and risk management.
• Coordinate with recruitment, procurement, and field ops.
