Job summary

CoVolt Power SE is seeking a very experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar projects. You will lead the project plan and lookahead, coordinating with procurement, field operations, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes advanced Primavera P6 scheduling, cost loading, and data-driven forecasting, with site-based rotations and a focus on safety and quality in a large-scale renewable build.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EPC planning or project management for utility-scale projects.
• Experience with owner representatives and subcontractors.
• Excellent organization, communication and time management.
• Ability to think strategically and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and cost-loaded scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and related MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall project plan, lookaheads and resource forecast.
• Monitor productivity, materials, and equipment to meet plan milestones.
• Develop forecasts for costs, schedule risks, and change orders.
• Coordinate with procurement, field ops, and subcontractors to align milestones.
• Plan personnel, equipment, and subcontractor mobilization with the schedule.
