CoVolt Power is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle execution of large-scale utility solar EPC projects. This role drives safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and contract compliance while guiding a multidisciplinary project team and client relationships.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, deep EPC knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex technical and commercial challenges with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on utility-scale solar or large renewable projects.
• Experience reading IFC drawings and applying technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration across teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee all project activities from contract award through client acceptance.
• Ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule; manage cost reports and forecasts.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and drive safety and quality leadership.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify critical path and recovery plans.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide reporting on progress, risks, and financials.
