Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC, seeks a hands-on Construction Project Administrator to support the Construction Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects across North America.

You will review plans and budgets, coordinate documents, track progress, manage subcontractors and vendors, perform site visits in varied weather, and help ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience on large commercial/multi-disciplined/industrial, utility, solar, or wind energy projects.
• Experience with procurement processes and subcontractor coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager for planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
• Assist in developing and reviewing project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications with accurate record-keeping.
• Track progress, milestones, and deliverables and report to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement activities for cost-effectiveness.
