Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar projects. The role focuses on developing and maintaining the project plan with a systemic approach to scheduling, resource loading, and critical path management.

Site-based with rotations and close collaboration with project controls, procurement, and field teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EPC planning or project management, a background in construction management or engineering, and proficiency in Primavera P6

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in EPC construction; utility-scale solar experience a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
• Experience with owner representatives and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Plan of the Project and maintain lookaheads (daily to 90 days).
• Coordinate with recruitment, procurement, and field operations to align resources with the plan.
• Monitor critical path, forecast costs, and anticipate barriers to keep the project on track.
• Plan personnel, materials, and subcontractor mobilization to meet schedule targets.
