Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a very experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar energy projects. This role requires a proven track record in leading complex construction schedules and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

You will manage the overall project plan, forecast resources, and work with procurement, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure on-time delivery and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in EPC construction; utility‑scale solar experience a plus.
• Experience with owner representatives and subcontractors on large projects.
• Excellent organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Plan of the Project.
• Forecast needs of materials, people, equipment, and documents.
• Monitor progress and adjust resources to meet schedule.
• Support cost/revenue forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with procurement and field operations to align deliveries and rotations.
