CoVolt Power is seeking a very experienced EPC Planner for utility-scale solar projects. This on-site role requires leadership and a proven track record in planning, scheduling, and coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

You will own the project plan, drive lookaheads, and ensure alignment of civil, mechanical, electrical sequences with energization milestones. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in EPC planning and strong Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ EPC construction/planning experience, solar a plus.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling and MS 365 tools.
• Experience coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Own the project plan with daily/weekly/3-week/90-day lookaheads.
• Forecast resources, costs, and schedule risks.
• Coordinate personnel, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Optimize construction sequences and energization plan.
• Report KPIs and maintain schedule integrity.
