Job summary

Stantec is seeking a talented environmental professional to manage natural resource assessment and permitting projects in Georgia and the Southeast. The role focuses on building client relationships, coordinating with regulators, and leading field surveys and NEPA-related efforts.

You will oversee project scopes, budgets, and schedules, while mentoring team members and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on diverse projects across power, transportation, oil & gas, and community development

Qualifications

• Experience in natural resource assessment and permitting projects in the Southeastern U.S.
• Strong technical writing and quality reviewing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management support on environmental planning, assessment, and permitting projects.
• Manage all stages of a project from conception to completion, including cost estimates, budgeting and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and seek opportunities for new business.
• Coordinate environmental field surveys including wetland and water delineations and assessments.
