Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of NEPA requirements and related environmental regulations (CWA 401/402/404).
• Strong QA/QC practices and ability to manage multiple planning projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with NEPA planning and oversee project aspects including budget, schedule, and client contact.
• Lead field teams during wetlands delineation and habitat surveys.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and local governments.
• Manage ecological studies and environmental assessments.
• Prepare NEPA documentation including EISs, EAs, and CEs.
• Mentor developing staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
