Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to lead technical advocacy for large enterprise customers. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design end-to-end solutions across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings.

You will conduct technical discovery, create tailored demos, and run proofs of concept while translating customer needs into actionable product recommendations for Engineering and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack and related technologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Genuine passion for AI and its impact on the modern workforce.
• Excellent business acumen and ability to engage with executives and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI-powered solutions).
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs tailored to complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse decision-makers.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate across teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove technical blockers.
