Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead technical advocate for enterprise accounts in the United States, pairing with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product UCaaS solutions and deliver AI-powered value. You will articulate architecture, conduct custom demos, and drive POCs for complex deals.

The role requires 5+ years of enterprise SE experience, strong UCaaS knowledge across SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, and a hands-on approach to APIs, security, and cloud infra. Hybrid/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

5+ years of solutions engineering for enterprise-level customers.
Broad UCaaS stack knowledge with hands-on pre-sales experience.
Experience with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud infra.
Passion for AI with practical use cases and impact on workforces.
Strong business acumen and executive presence in discussions with executives.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for enterprise deals.
Collaborate with Strategic Accounts AE to drive multi-product engagements across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI.
Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal requests.
Articulate Zoom's architecture advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders.
Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
Coordinate with product and engineering to remove blockers and accelerate deals.
