Zoom is seeking a highly credible Solutions Engineer to act as the lead technical advocate for enterprise customers, partnering with the Strategic Accounts team. You will bring broad UCaaS expertise and deliver multi-product solution designs, demos, and POCs for high-visibility accounts across the United States.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled solutions, executive-level communication, and cross-functional collaboration to drive complex deals and accelerate time-to-value for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack, with a generalist profile preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security practices, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform for enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex cases.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove technical blockers.
