Job summary

Zoom is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to lead technical engagements with enterprise customers in a hybrid/remote work model in the United States. You will articulate Zoom's architectural advantages, design multi-product solutions, and deliver AI-driven outcomes for strategic accounts.

You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, craft demos and POCs, translate customer needs into product requirements, and influence roadmap across engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering for enterprise customers.
• Strong UCaaS knowledge across SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, video.
• Hands-on with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• AI passion with real use cases and practical impact.
• Excellent business acumen and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts to drive technical sales across Zoom platform.
• Lead discovery, design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Serve as primary technical advocate translating requirements to product input.
• Articulate architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders.
• Gather intelligence to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate across teams to manage RFPs/RFQs and unblock deals.
