Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Broad knowledge across the full UCaaS stack, including SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, and video.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform—Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise collaboration challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests with Product/Engineering.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to executives and technical stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deals.
