Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead Solutions Engineer to serve enterprise-level customers, translating complex UCaaS platforms into actionable solutions. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product deployments across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings.

You will drive technical discovery, demonstrations, and POCs, advocate for customers inside Zoom, and influence product roadmaps with feedback from the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Genuine passion for AI and its impact on the modern workforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for enterprise challenges.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deals.
