Job summary

Zoom is seeking a highly credible Solutions Engineer to lead technical advocacy for enterprise customers in a hybrid work environment. You will partner with Strategic Accounts to design multi-product solutions across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings, while translating customer requirements into actionable product recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering for enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of the UCaaS stack across SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, video.
• Hands-on with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts to drive technical sales across Zoom platform.
• Lead discovery, design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and push features.
• Explain Zoom architecture and AI use cases to decision-makers at all levels.
• Gather market intel to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, PMs, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs.
