Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical advocacy for enterprise accounts in the West, spanning Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions. You will partner with Upmarket Enterprise and Majors AE teams to architect full-platform solutions and translate customer needs into compelling product recommendations.

You will be a credible UCaaS generalist with 8+ years of enterprise pre-sales experience, versed in API integrations, security, and cloud

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solutions engineering experience supporting enterprise-level customers in technical pre-sales.
• Strong working knowledge across the full UCaaS stack including SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, and unified communications.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A genuine passion for AI and ability to articulate its impact on the modern workforce.
• Natural rapport-builder with strong business acumen and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise and Majors AEs to drive technical sales engagements across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into product recommendations and drive internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom’s architectural advantages and AI use cases to diverse stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deals.
