Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical advocate for enterprise customers, partnering with the Strategic Accounts team to design multi-product solutions across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered offerings.

You will translate customer requirements into actionable product recommendations, drive technical discovery, and deliver compelling demos and POCs for complex deals. A broad UCaaS background and AI passion are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience with enterprise customers.
• Broad knowledge across UCaaS stack: SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, UC.
• Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, networking, security, and cloud infra (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the Zoom platform (Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, AI).
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Serve as primary technical advocate, translating requirements into product recommendations and driving internal feature requests.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to stakeholders at all levels.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and accelerate deals.
