Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a Solutions Consultant to be a trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite. You’ll master our products, demos, architecture, security and implementation needs while aligning with the Revenue and Renewal teams to accelerate deals.

You will demonstrate high-quality solutions, tailor designs to buyer needs, and collaborate with Marketing and Product to capture market feedback. The role offers remote flexibility across the U.S. and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to absorb product and system details quickly and translate them for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral that addresses product and system concerns in plain language.
• History of collaborating across sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities, and lead the solution side of complex and strategic deals.
• Model best-in-class discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support, and help cross-train teammates.
• Explain our integration capabilities, including APIs, file feeds and SSO, and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Speak confidently to security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections in real time, and show where our approach stands out against competitors.
• Partner with the Proposal & Deal Desk team to support RFPs and plan analysis.
