Job summary

Jellyvision is hiring a remote Solutions Consultant to support the full ALEX Home suite and work with the Revenue and Renewal teams as the go-to product expert. You’ll master our products, demos, architecture, security, and implementation requirements, aligning customer needs with the sales process.

You’ll deliver high‑quality solution support to speed deals, talking to buyers, brokers and partners while collaborating with Marketing and Product to incorporate market voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, benefits consulting or implementation within benefits administration or HR technology.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of the broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product and system details for customers.
• Ability to create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.
• History of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, legal, security and technology teams.
• Experience in a high-growth environment with new product launches.
• Strong communication skills: present complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• Up to 25% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities and lead solution design for complex deals.
• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Shape the proposed solution around each buyer's needs.
• Become a subject-matter expert in ALEX decision support and cross-train teammates.
• Answer information requests, design tailored solutions and deliver in-depth demos.
• Explain integration capabilities (APIs, file feeds, SSO) and how they fit customer architecture.
• Address security and data-privacy topics in live conversations.
• Field questions and objections and compare our approach to competitors.
• Collaborate with Proposal & Deal Desk on RFPs and plan analysis for product fit.
• Contribute to revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
