Jellyvision is seeking a Solutions Consultant to be the trusted advisor for the full ALEX Home suite and the Revenue and Renewal team's go-to product expert. You will master our products, demo environment, security and implementation requirements, and align solutions with customer needs while accelerating deals.

Formación

• 5+ years in presales, solutions consulting or benefits tech.
• Experience designing and demoing complex enterprise solutions for C-level stakeholders.
• Knowledge of decision support or employee benefits engagement tools preferred.
• Understanding of broker and carrier ecosystem.
• Ability to translate product details for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Model discovery, demos and solution design for direct prospects, brokers and clients.
• Explain integrations, APIs and single sign-on (SSO) and how they fit each customer's architecture.
• Answer solution information requests and deliver in-depth demos.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy for ALEX Home opportunities.
• Support RFPs, security questionnaires and plan analyses to confirm product fit.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through win rate and deal velocity.
• Create customer-facing collateral addressing product and system concerns.
