Job summary
Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant to provide technical pre-sales support and demonstrations for software solutions. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are available across multiple US locations.
The role emphasizes strong presentation skills, customer discovery, and collaboration with product teams to drive enhancements. A finance/accounting background (CPA) and manufacturing domain experience are highly valued.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in pre-sales or related enterprise software roles.
- Licensed CPA or 5+ years finance/accounting experience in solution consulting.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance/reliability context.
- Experience with product demonstrations and sales calls.
- Familiar with SaaS, enterprise software, web and database tech.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with our growing customer base.
- Provide feedback to product org for enhancements or to improve workflows.
- Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions.
- Give product demonstrations to growing customers.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and tender documents.
- Work with internal product teams to steer feature development.
