Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales technical sales support across software and analytics offerings. You will deliver demonstrations, address inquiries, and support the account executive team.

Preferred candidates have a finance/accounting background or CPA, 8+ years in pre-sales or related roles, and experience with enterprise software, SaaS, and CRM tools. This role offers remote or hybrid work options and requires up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
• 8+ years in a pre-sales or customer success role preferred.
• CPA or 5+ years finance/accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with manufacturing or maintenance/reliability sectors preferred.
• Experience with product demonstrations and sales calls preferred.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, web, and database tech preferred.
• Familiarity with PLEX software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive sales team with customers.
• Provide feedback from users to product organization for enhancements.
• Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions.
• Conduct product demonstrations for growing customers.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents.
• Collaborate with product team to steer feature development.
