Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Lead Enterprise Software Solution Consultant to support software sales opportunities, lead technical presentations, and conduct product demonstrations for qualified prospects. The role may be remote or hybrid from a Rockwell office.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting background and 8+ years in pre-sales or related roles, with experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel ~40% of the time.
• 8+ years in pre-sales or related roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• CPA or 5+ years finance/accounting experience in a solution consulting environment.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or maintenance/reliability contexts.
• Experience performing product demos and sales calls.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, web, and database tech.
• Experience using CRM to manage opportunities.
• Experience with PLEX software.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive Sales team with a growing customer base.
• Provide user feedback to product org for enhancements or workflow improvements.
• Identify client needs during discovery and support sessions.
• Give product demonstrations to growing customers.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and other tender documents.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to steer feature development.
