Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own large, multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. One win covers many locations and opens further opportunities.

You will manage the full cycle on large deals, collaborating with multifamily owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, with inbound and SDR support to schedule meetings. This is an individual contributor role with a sizable quota.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or related multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with multiple decision makers.
• You prefer closing business to managing people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expansion: add locations and services after a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
