Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Sales for Multifamily to own the largest multi-location deals, from first meeting to signed contract. One win can unlock multiple locations, so careful navigation of senior stakeholders is essential.

You will work with our sales development and inbound teams to focus on high-value, strategic portfolios across the US and Canada, driving expansion and service depth.

Formación

• Proven track record of closing $1M+ annually on large accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close.
• Lead negotiations with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand existing wins to cover additional locations and services.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to tailor proposals for key accounts.
