This is an individual contributor seat with a $2M annual quota, no direct reports, and inbound or SDR-led meetings handed to you. You will close large portfolios by coordinating with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders across

Qualifications

• Proven history of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sale cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Preference for closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large multi-location deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a signed deal.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft impactful proposals for key accounts.
