As VP of Business Development for Multifamily, you own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations.

The seat has a $2M annual quota on a small number of large accounts. You handle leads in; there is no direct management or team to build, hire or run.

Qualifications

• Proven record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefer closing over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle on large multifamily deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand portfolios by adding more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists to prepare proposals for key deals.
