One win covers many locations, with multi-stakeholder dynamics and substantial scope. You’ll close high-value, strategic accounts with support from our sales development team and inbound leads, focusing on multi-location portfolios across the US

Qualifications

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into multifamily groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Lead negotiations with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Expand with more locations and services once a group signs.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for high-impact deals.
• Collaborate with inbound teams to harvest multi-location opportunities.
