Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving multifamily owners and property managers. As Vice President of Sales for Multifamily, you own our largest multi-location deals from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract.

This is an individual contributor seat with a $2M annual quota, no direct reports, and meetings fed by our sales development team. You close complex, multi-stakeholder deals across locations and expand after signing.

Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Preference for closing business over managing a team or people.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle on large multi-location deals from discovery to close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after sign-off.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for key deals.
