Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Multifamily to own our largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This remote position supports USA or Canada, with an annual quota and no direct reports, targeting multifamily owners and property management groups with large portfolios.

The role emphasizes end-to-end deal work, strategic account management, and expansion across locations.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling into multifamily groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer not to manage people and instead focus on closing deals.

Mansioni

• Own the full sales cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to build compelling proposals.
