Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to split time between supporting senior sellers and acting as a senior SE resource. You will demonstrate the Samsara platform, drive proofs of concept, and respond to RFIs/RFPs while collaborating with product teams. This is a remote role with travel up to 50% in the US.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical pre-sales, the ability to influence stakeholders, and strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role, customer success, or related support capacity.
• Ability to influence stakeholders using technical sales acumen.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Samsara's platform and conduct live proof-of-concept trials for prospects.
• Collaborate with Product Management to shape the Samsara platform.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and support senior sellers to grow existing customers or win new ones.
