Job summary
Worksoft is seeking a seasoned Sales Engineer to lead technical engagements with enterprise prospects and partners. You will drive discovery, tailor demonstrations, and articulate ROI for complex SAP/ERP and automated testing solutions.
This is a full-time, remote US role reporting to the Director of Global Sales Engineering. You will navigate multi-stakeholder cycles, present compelling technical value, and help shape winning proposals. Travel up to 50% may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
- 5+ years in technical sales or sales engineering selling enterprise software.
- Proven revenue contribution in complex B2B software sales.
- Experience with test automation or enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discoveries and compelling demonstrations for diverse audiences.
- Serve as primary technical liaison with enterprise prospects and partners.
- Build strategic relationships within customer and partner ecosystems.
- Communicate product strategy, competitive positioning, and ROI.
- Develop deep product expertise and map customer requirements to solutions.
- Lead RFI/RFP inputs and help craft winning proposals.
- Ensure proper expectations and customer success through sales cycles.
