The role emphasizes AI-powered platform value, executive engagement, and disciplined prospecting to create durable net-new pipelines.

You will lead discovery, build business cases, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals while maintaining rigorous CRM and forecast discipline.

Qualifications

8–12 years in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling
Experience with value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership
Proven quota attainment and executive engagement
Ability to discuss AI, automation, service operations credibly
No specific credential required if demonstrated experience

Responsibilities

Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet quota
Lead prospecting-to-close process: discovery, qualification, value mapping, negotiation
Translate customer priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve win probability
Maintain CRM data, forecast discipline, and risk visibility
Document goals and success conditions for clean handoffs
