Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Evidence of prospecting discipline, quota attainment or equivalent growth results.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process from discovery to close.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk value propositions.
• Build executive and multi-threaded alignment across stakeholders.
• Own commercial strategy, deal progression and negotiation within guardrails.
