Qualifications

• 8–12 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to close large, complex net-new deals.
• Experience with value-based discovery and executive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a robust net-new pipeline to meet quota.
• Lead a prospecting-to-close process with discovery, value mapping and negotiation.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk AI-enabled value propositions.
• Align across business, technology, security and finance stakeholders.
• Own deal progression within guardrails and ensure value delivery.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineers and partners to improve win probability.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
