Job summary

Zendesk is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new, AI-powered CX solutions for high-impact customers. You will prospect, qualify and close strategically valuable deals, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure executive alignment and delivery credibility.

Experience in complex B2B SaaS sales, strong negotiation and ROI storytelling are essential. The role offers remote flexibility across the United States and a comprehensive compensation plan based on OTE.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Experience with value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
• Evidence of prospecting discipline, quota attainment, executive engagement and complex deal judgment.
• Ability to discuss AI, automation, service operations and platform value credibly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
• Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process from discovery to close.
• Translate customer priorities into Zendesk platform and AI value.
• Collaborate across business, technology, security, finance, procurement and buying committee.
• Own commercial strategy, deal progression, and negotiation within guardrails.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing and partners.
• Maintain CRM data, pipeline health, and forecast discipline.
