Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to generate and close net-new business for our AI-driven CX platform.

You will prospect, discovery, map value, build business cases and negotiate with executive stakeholders across business, technology, security, finance and procurement. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain forecast discipline, and ensure a clean handoff to post-sale teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
• Proven ability to own outcomes through discovery, value mapping and negotiations.
• Experience engaging executive buyers and multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
• Lead discovery, qualification, value mapping and mutual action planning.
• Build ROI narratives and negotiate within guardrails to close deals.
• Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing and Partners to improve win probability.
