Zendesk seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new, AI-powered CX solutions with a strategic focus on high-impact prospects across the United States. You will own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, partnering with solution engineers and product specialists to articulate measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes executive selling, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined pipeline management in a fully flexible remote environment.

Qualifikationen

8–12 years of related experience in complex B2B SaaS new-business selling.
Demonstrated capability in value-based discovery and commercial deal ownership.
Evidence of prospecting discipline and quota attainment.
Executive engagement and complex deal judgment.
Ability to discuss AI, automation, service-operations credibly.

Aufgaben

Create and maintain qualified net-new pipeline to meet/exceed quota.
Lead a repeatable prospecting-to-close process from discovery to close.
Translate customer priorities into Zendesk platform/AI value propositions.
Build alignment across business, technology, security, finance, procurement teams.
Own commercial strategy, deal progression and negotiation within guardrails.
Coordinate with Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, Marketing, and partners.
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline health, and forecast discipline.
Document goals, stakeholders, and success criteria for clean handoff.
