Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics Solutions seeks an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise‑wide initiatives, aligning DBS‑driven strategies with customer priorities and ensuring value realization. You will coordinate across Danaher operating companies, drive governance, and enable transformation with a customer‑centric focus.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in healthcare/diagnostics, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex programs with executive presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading strategic enterprise programs.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi‑OpCo solutions.
• Strong executive presence in governance forums.
• Proven capability in ROI analysis and capital planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps to customer priorities.
• Own post‑signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts with C‑suite executives.
• Lead executive governance, cadence, and health monitoring across Danaher OpCos.
• Drive capital planning and asset optimization with rigorous ROI analyses.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks to enable safe, compliant adoption of new technologies.
