Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise‑wide DBS initiatives, align client priorities, and deliver measurable value across complex programs with executive leadership. You will manage governance, capital planning, and change management to enable sustainable adoption of new technologies and workflows.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree from an accredited institution; MBA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated solutions across multiple OpCos.
• Proven credibility as trusted advisor to C-suite leaders.
• Fluency in DBS and structured problem-solving.
• Strong capital planning, ROI and governance capabilities.
• Experience leading complex change initiatives with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps.
• Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance, engagement, and performance cadence with EBRs.
• Drive client-centric capital planning and asset optimization with SAMPs.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-OpCo teams to deliver unified, high-quality client experience.
