Job summary

You will operate across Danaher One, align multi-OpCo roadmaps, and translate complex clinical and operational needs into executable plans.

The role demands executive presence, DBS fluency, capital planning acumen, and the ability to drive governance, risk management, and change initiatives

Qualifications

• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi-OpCo solutions.
• Proven credibility with C-suite leadership and executive reviews.
• Deep fluency in the Danaher Business System, applying structured problem-solving.
• Strong capital planning, ROI analysis, and governance experience.
• Experience leading large, matrixed programs with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives and ensure value realization across key accounts.
• Guide executive governance forums, adoption, and long-term partnership health.
• Coordinate cross-OpCo roadmaps aligning with customer priorities and DBS frameworks.
• Oversee capital planning, ROI analyses, and asset optimization with strong governance.
• Drive transformation programs using DBS and Prosci methods to enable adoption.
