Qualifications

• Proven credibility with C-suite executives and governance forums.

• Strong finance skills: ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients.
• Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with EBRS and strategic summits.
• Drive client-centric capital planning and asset optimization with ROI analyses.
• Lead transformation and adoption initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-OpCo execution without direct reporting lines.
• Manage risk, contracts, and escalations in matrixed environments.
