Danaher Diagnostics seeks an Enterprise Program Leader to steer enterprise‑wide initiatives, aligning DBS‑driven strategy with client priorities and account value realization. You will coordinate executive governance and cross‑functional plans across multiple OpCos to ensure measurable outcomes.

The role requires deep DBS fluency, financial acumen, and a proven ability to influence senior leaders while managing risk in a highly matrixed healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution.
• A degree in Business or healthcare administration is desirable.
• An MBA is strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy or complex programs within healthcare/diagnostics.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into multi‑OpCo solutions and driving value.

Responsabilités

• Lead executive governance, engagement, and performance cadence for Danaher One initiatives.
• Drive DBS-led execution and cross‑functional influence across OpCos.
• Translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into executable value plans and risk mitigation.
• Manage strategic client partnerships with C‑suite executives and ensure long‑term health of accounts.
