Danaher is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader, Diagnostics Solutions to guide enterprise-wide Danaher One initiatives and ensure adoption, value realization and long-term account health. Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; MBA desirable.
• 20+ years in enterprise strategy or complex programs in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi-OpCo solutions.
• Trusted advisor to C-suite executives with governance experience.
• Fluency in Danaher Business System (DBS) and matrix leadership.
• Strong ROI, cost-benefit analysis and governance capabilities.
• Experience managing risk, contracts and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps.
• Own post-signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with dashboards and reviews.
• Drive Capital planning and Asset optimization with ROI analyses.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
• Orchestrate a unified Danaher client experience across OpCos.
• Manage risk, contracts, and escalations in matrixed environments.
