Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise-wide initiatives and drive measurable value across multiple OpCos. You will orchestrate executive alignment, capital planning, and DBS-driven execution to enable high-impact outcomes.

You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into executable plans, lead governance forums, and ensure long-term partner health with executive presence and strong governance discipline.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years leadership in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated, multi-OpCo solutions.
• Strong executive presence and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level program leadership across Danaher One initiatives.
• Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead executive governance, engagement, and performance cadence with DBS-based execution.
• Drive capital planning and asset optimization with rigorous ROI analyses.
