Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy or complex programs.
• Translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi‑OpCo solutions.
• Credibility as trusted advisor to C‑suite.
• Deep fluency in DBS and structured problem‑solving.
• Financial acumen with ROI and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients.
• Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization.
• Lead executive governance and performance cadence with dashboards and reviews.
• Drive capital planning and asset optimization with clients.
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑OpCo teams; manage risks and contracts.
• Create a unified, high‑quality Danaher client experience across OpCos.
