Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise‑wide Danaher One initiatives, translating clinical and financial needs into executable plans. You will coordinate DBS‑driven strategy, capital stewardship, change management, contracts, and governance across complex programs with senior client executives.

Travel 40–60% domestically; remote work options available. A strong DBS background and executive presence are essential for driving long‑term value realization

Qualifications

Proven leadership in enterprise strategy or complex programs within matrixed organizations.
Experience translating enterprise strategy into integrated, multi‑OpCo solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong executive advisory experience with C‑suite leaders and governance forums.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise‑wide Danaher One initiatives and ensure strategic customer adoption and value realization.
Oversee post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
Drive governance, dashboards, and risk management across multiple OpCos to sustain partnerships.
