Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics seeks an Enterprise Program Leader to guide enterprise‑wide initiatives and ensure value realization across strategic accounts. You will orchestrate DBS‑driven planning, capital stewardship, and change management to align patient outcomes with business impact.

You will translate clinical and financial needs into executable plans, partnering with Diagnostics Solutions Executives to drive adoption, governance, and long‑term partnership health across Danaher operating companies.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy or senior roles in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi‑OpCo solutions.
• Proven credibility with C‑suite and governance forums to drive adoption and value realization.
• Fluency with DBS and structured problem solving across matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen including ROI and cost‑benefit analysis and governance.
• Evidence of leading complex change initiatives with executive presence and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps to drive measurable value.
• Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts with long‑term partnership health.
• Lead governance, engagements, and performance cadence including EBRs and strategic summits.
• Drive capital planning and asset optimization with ROI analyses ensuring governance and audit readiness.
• Lead transformation and adoption using DBS and Prosci frameworks to enable safe adoption of new tech and workflows.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across OpCos to deliver a unified client experience and manage risks.
• Maintain executive presence to manage complex contracts, escalations, and risk in matrixed environments.
