Anchored by DBS, you’ll translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into actionable plans, coordinating across stakeholders with executive presence and governance rigor.

You will align multi‑OpCo roadmaps, lead executive reviews, evaluate ROI, and drive transformation initiatives—while ensuring compliant, high‑quality client

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
• Experience translating strategy into integrated, multi‑OpCo solutions.
• Proven credibility with C‑suite and governance forums.
• Deep fluency in DBS and structured problem‑solving.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align roadmaps.
• Own post‑signature executive leadership and value realization for strategic accounts.
• Lead governance, engagements, and performance cadence with dashboards and metrics.
• Drive capital planning, ROI analyses, and asset optimization for clients.
• Lead transformation programs using DBS and Prosci frameworks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across OpCos to ensure value realization.
